Shipping

Unless otherwise specified by the customer, orders are shipped through Canada Post’s standard service, 2-day service or Xpresspost. If the customer so chooses, he can specify another shipping service provider and enter his customer number.

Terms of payment

Visa, MasterCard, diners Club and Discover are the only acceptable methods of payment. Debit cards and cheques are not accepted. Payments are processed automatically as the orders are entered into the Moneris system. Direct Nails cannot, under any circumstance, access your personal banking information. Shipping and handling fees are added to the invoice.

Returns

Products to be returned shall be mailed in the original packaging, at Direct Nails’ expense, to the following address:  Direct  Nails, 5411 ch Lac Jaune, Rivière Rouge, Qc, J0T 1T0

Changes

Direct Nails Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the content of its website at any time without notice.
